Folded, the XB-200Li is a mere 25” x 31” x 7”, which fits in some pretty small spaces. And its weight comes in at only 39.5 lbs., which is very easy for me to lug around to the different places I go.
This electric bike is pretty zippy, and I like the way it handles too. Under power, it can attain a top speed of 15 mph, and will go a lot faster if you pedal. The range on a single charge of the 7-pack lightweight lithium ion batteries is 25 miles unassisted, and quite a bit longer if you pedal. That made the XB-200Li ideal for zipping around town without having to charge up except at night, and it takes only 4-6 hours to charge.
What I came to appreciate pretty quickly was the brakes. There are front and rear WinZip disc brakes on this bike, which can bring me to a full stop quickly and with ease, perfect for those occasional (hopefully nonexistent) moments of panic when somebody cuts in front of you.
If there's one thing I really like in a product, it's portability, followed closely by light weight. The X-Treme XB-200Li Super Folding Electric Bike fits both of those requirements pretty easily. I was lucky enough to be able to test this bike the other day at a huge parking lot behind a vacant shopping center, which gave me plenty of room to zip around undisturbed, but with plenty of obstacles to zip around to test the handling of the bike.

In all, I was pretty pleased with this super folding electric bike. I can easily see using the XB-200Li for tooling about town, taking shopping trips and running errands. I can also see using it for camping trips, to zip around the campground, head into town for supplies, and reaching fishing spots along the lake or river.
Pros:
- 300-watt motor
- Rear hub motor directly driving the rear wheels
- Front and rear WinZip disc brakes
- Folds down to a ridiculously compact size
- Light and extremely portable (and stowable)
- 100% hand welded, strong and lightweight 6061-T6 TIG aluminum alloy frame
- The seat, while not uncomfortable, can get that way if you sit on it a long time
- Climbing ability impeded by rider weight (the more you weigh, the harder it is to climb hills)
