The XB-600 is an Electric Bike and not a scooter, so you can ride the XB-600 wherever bicycles are allowed, and you follow the same traffic rules as regular bicycles. I like the storage on the XB-600, as it was sufficient enough to fit a good amount of groceries, or sizeable items. The XB-600's lights and turn signals are very functional and make riding on the street feel a little bit safer, knowing that the cars around you can see you. The power is not exactly "mind boggling", but I had no issues with the accelleration that the XB-600 produced. Overall, this scooter is very functional, affordable, and easy to operate. The price is not that bad either. If you ride a scooter like this to work for a month, it will pay itself off quite quickly in gasoline savings. I took the XB-600 to work for one week and saved over $50 in high priced gasoline, and I had a smile on my face the whole time I was passing traffic on the way to work too.
